  • SCOPE and CONSENT

Personal data of individuals who are users of the service www.continentallawfirm.kz is processed by the CONTINENTAL Law firm LLP, located at 20/5 Abay Ave., Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, 050000, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the «Law firm»). The law firm is the owner and operator of the website www.continentallawfirm.kz (hereinafter referred to as the «Website») and personal data of users of this Website.

The Database of personal data of the Website users is located at the location of the Law firm.

This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Law firm for processing personal data collected through the websites of the Internet resource and related services and tools on the Website. In all these cases, the Law firm processes users’ personal data exclusively in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V «On personal data and it’s protection», as well as international agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with mentioned standards.

Instagram ,Facebook users should be aware that when they click on certain links placed on the Website, they may be redirected to sites (applications, etc.) of other companies outside the Website hosting space («Facebook», «Google», “ВКонтакте», «Instagram»), where information about Users is collected outside the direct control of the Law firm. In this case, the Privacy Policies of third-party websites and/or applications will govern the processing of information received from users by these third parties.

  • INFORMATION THAT THE LAW FIRM COLLECTS, RECEIVES, AND PUBLISHES

Instagram, Facebook information if a user chooses to log in to the site using a third-party authentication service, such as Facebook or Instagram information, the Law firm may receive an additional profile or other information that is provided by such a third party.

Customer service: When Users contact the customer service Department, the Law firm may — as part of its site operations-collect personal information necessary to fulfill the User’s request and receive feedback if necessary. The Law Firm may also contact the User using the existing account contact information provided for this purpose. The Law Firm may also collect other information about communication with Users, such as any requests to the sales Manager submitted by users, or any feedback provided by them. Website and mobile data: the Law Firm may automatically receive and register on its servers information from the user’s browser or any device, including IP address, software and hardware attributes, pages requested by the User, mobile identifiers, information about the use of the application, and/or information about other devices used, or system-level information. This may occur on the Website or on third-party services.

The Law firm does not provide users ‘ personal information to non-affiliated parties.

The Law firm reserves the right to exchange information with individuals and government agencies in accordance with legal requirements for the following purposes:

The Law Firm may provide users ‘ personal data to requests from competent authorities, which are executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • MAKING CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 07.10.2020. The Law Firm may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and the new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
