Personal data of individuals who are users of the service is processed by the CONTINENTAL Law firm LLP, located at 20/5 Abay Ave., Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, 050000, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the «Law firm»). The law firm is the owner and operator of the website (hereinafter referred to as the «Website») and personal data of users of this Website.

The Database of personal data of the Website users is located at the location of the Law firm.

This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Law firm for processing personal data collected through the websites of the Internet resource and related services and tools on the Website. In all these cases, the Law firm processes users’ personal data exclusively in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V «On personal data and it’s protection», as well as international agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with mentioned standards.
